Best Landscape Photography Youtube Channels

Top Picks For All Things Photography – Education, Editing And Inspiration

I want to start this post with a disclaimer – I very rarely watch regular television, so I spend way too much time watching landscape photography videos on Youtube.

There are just so many photographers out there now with their own Youtube channel. It can be overwhelming if you’re looking for some inspiration and don’t know where to start.

I have gained so much knowledge and inspiration from so many landscape photography Youtube channels, and all for free! Ok, I have gone on to purchase many courses and tutorials, but Youtube has been a great resource.

Youtube really has become the go to for pretty much anything you want to know about, and this goes for photography as well. You can find just about anything you’re looking for photography related. These include tutorials, inspirational viewing, gear reviews and comparisons, and so much more.

The talent and skills that some of these producers have are just mind blowing. They are not just photographers, they also have to be videographers, editors, storytellers, educators and so much more!

Now here’s where I have to say do as I say and not as I do. Don’t get caught in the trap of watching endless hours of video, and not get out there photographing. It’s so easy to do, but try and use these videos to inspire and motivate you to actually get out shooting!

It’s impossible to actually rate them in order as they all offer different and unique things. Some are more educational while others are more inspirational. What I will say is that these are the ones I follow consistently and regularly.

So, from all over the world, here’s the Landscape Photography Youtube Channels  I follow that offer a heap of knowledge and inspiration for your photography journey:

Photography Inspiration

Drew Simms

I have included Drew simply because of his incredibly beautiful videos. Most of which have very little talking. Sometimes you just want to chill and watch some incredible footage – this is the place to go!

Steve Mattheis

I’ve only recently discovered Steve and I’m really enjoying his style. He is a nature wildlife photographer based in Wyoming, USA. He loves sharing his searches for and he is a joy to watch. Similar to Mads – if ever you’re feeling uninspired, Steve is worth a watch.

Lisa Frost

Lisa Frost is a landscape photographer from the Gold Coast, Australia. I’ve also only recently discovered Lisa, and I had to share as there’s very few female landscape photography Youtube channels out there.

She has a very natural, relaxed and laid back style that I hope you enjoy.

Finally, in this world of so much being offered online for free, if you do get value out of anyone’s channel, please consider supporting them.

The work that goes into these Youtube channels is just phenomenal.

You can do this simply by subscribing and sharing their work to others you think may be interested.

Some also have tip jars, or other ways you can donate to help them keep going. Please remember many of these are just small business people looking to earn a living. Ok, preach over lol.

So that’s it – my fave out of the thousands of landscape photography Youtube channels that are out there.

If you have any that you think I should be watching, please let me know in the comments below.
